West Valley Health Center

West Valley Health Center part of the San Fernando Valley Health Center Group. It is co-located with Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health. The Health Center focuses on delivering primary care to adults by teams of bilingual and community-oriented health professionals who are highly-skilled at delivering patient-centered and coordinated health care to our patients.
