East San Gabriel Valley Health Center

The East San Gabriel Valley Health Center is a partnership between the Los Angeles County Departments of Health Services and Mental Health to provide adult primary care services to clients of the East San Gabriel Valley Mental Health Center. This collaboration provides an opportunity for the primary care team to work with mental health providers to improve the quality of our patients’ health and wellbeing.
