Summary:

We are seeking a full-time generalist obstetrician and gynecologist to provide full-scope OB/GYN outpatient services at the High Desert Regional Health Center in Lancaster, CA.  Included in this role will be direct patient care and academic opportunities working with residents and medical students at Olive View-UCLA Medical Center.

• Full-scope OB/GYN outpatient services in a group practice of OB/GYN physicians, NPs, and dedicated support staff

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency program
• ABOG board-certified or board-eligible
• Active or ability to obtain a California state medical license
• Individuals who will contribute to an academic, energetic, and creative multi-disciplinary faculty

• High Desert Regional Health Center (HDRHC) is an outpatient care center within the Ambulatory Care Network of the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services, including primary and specialty clinics, Ambulatory Surgery Center, and Urgent Care services
• Located in central Lancaster, HDRHC serves the community of Antelope Valley, including Lancaster and Palmdale
• The Women’s Health Clinic at HDRHC provides full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care, including outpatient gynecologic surgery and robust prenatal practice

About Olive View-UCLA Medical Center:

• Located in the Sylmar neighborhood of Los Angeles, California and serves much of the San Fernando and Antelope Valley community
• Provides an array of primary and specialty care services in both an outpatient and inpatient capacity
• 377 inpatient beds, a 30-bed isolation unit, an 18-bed ICU, and an Inpatient Psychiatry Unit
